Two lads in Edinburgh embark on a non-violent spree of robberies. They dress up in clown masks and act as modern highwaymen, robbing coach loads of tourists in the highlands. In the process they become folk heroes to the locals. Their adventures make for a whimsical and gentle comedy, in the Bill Forsyth vein.

- User's comment:Now available on DVD by globetrotter
I saw this hilarious film about 15 years ago and have been waiting to get hold of a copy ever since.
As a result I can't remember a huge amount about it that hasn't already been mentioned, but the reason for posting is below.
The good news is that as of April 18th 2005, it is now available on DVD.
It is available from the usual retailers.. e.g. amazon, play.com etc.
ASIN for the Region 2 version is B0007SMDCI
It is released by Optimum Home Entertainment
Enjoy... I'm getting my order in right away in case it gets deleted again
